Pricing
Costs less than not knowing.
Three tiers. Connect your whole estate freely: seeing what is happening is always free, and unlimited, because coverage is never what you pay for. You pay only when you switch on spend attribution, then governance.
Unlimited Observed coverage, every repository AI adoption timeline, harness & guardrail grade Shadow-AI and BYO-agent detection A taste of spend attribution, no card required
Everything in Free Spend attribution per PR, per commit, per contributor Stranded spend and model-mix efficiency Budgets and self-serve checkout
Everything in Pro Governance enforcement: PR gate, harness assurance gates AI Usage Register and attestation pack Vendor reconciliation and effective discount rate Sales-assisted onboarding, security review and DPA support
RidgeLine costs less than the tools it watches over, typically under 3% of the spend it makes legible. One recovered stranded-spend concentration usually covers the year.
Observed coverage is always free and unlimited: connecting more of your estate never raises your bill. Pro and Enterprise price the value you switch on deliberately, spend attribution then governance, sold as named repository × user bundles that scale together as your estate grows.

Before you ask
What do Observed, Instrumented, and Governed mean?
The three capability tiers underneath the pricing. Observed sees what is happening across your estate and is always free. Instrumented (Pro) adds full spend attribution once a token-tracking pull request is merged into a repository. Governed (Enterprise) adds enforcement: PR gates, policy, and the attestation trail a board or regulator can rely on.
Why does money show as ≈?
Tokens are the hard number we measure. Money is a labelled estimate built on list prices, always shown as ≈£X so nobody mistakes it for an invoice line. The prices on this page are real prices, not estimates.
What does "metered, not averaged" mean?
We meter each agent session to the commit and pull request it produced. We do not blend an average cost per person across a team.
How do the repository × user bundles work?
Pro is sold as named repository × user bundles that scale together, for example Starter 10×20 through Scale 100×200. Enterprise is unlimited and priced to the estate. There is no usage-metered billing: a bundle or tier change is the only thing that moves your price.
Is there a discount for early customers?
The first six founding partners pay half the list price for their first twelve months, in exchange for a fortnightly feedback call. The founding cohort starts with the free two-week audit.
Not sure which tier? Start with the number.
The two-week audit tells you what your spend is doing before you pay for anything. It is free for founding partners and credited in full afterwards.
Two weeks. Read-only. One number.
